Throttle handle removal from older Quicksilver throttle binnacle

Any ideas on how to remove this handle? I already removed the neutral button but I dont see how to remove the actual handle itself. Any suggestions?

If you shift into full fwd you will see an allen screw in the handel

Awesome - I was able to remove the handle. Problem is now I cannot find any source for a complete handle or just the knob. I guess I could try 3d printing the knob.
