I was checking my throttle linkages and noticed that the bracket holding the cable to the motor has been adjusted right up to the end of its travel and I need to tighten it up some more. The threaded piece that is held to the motor is very loose in where it is held to the motor case causing a lot of slop each time the throttle is moved. It is either a terrible design or some spacers must be missing. The gear shift adjuster is just as loose in the motor.<br /><br />Can someone suggest something or post a photo of what it should look like?
