throttle parts for 1973 Chrysler 8hp (82HD) outboard

Does anyone know where I could find a plastic throttle part for an 73 Chrysler 8hp motor? This part is to hold the throttle shaft in the handle by two screws.

Try Franz Marine or the auction sites such as Ebay, Craiglist.
Franz will have it as new or used if it is available, the other will often be used.
