Thanks for taking the time to help. I just bought a 1990 model Force 90 HP. Please forgive me. With the engine dead. When I shift into forward and push the control to full throttle the butterflies on the carbs are only a little more than half open. I have ordered a Seloc service manual and will go throught the settings when I get it, but I am curious is there any chance the throttle is not supposed to open all the way?

Oil slick,
I would think that it should open all the way, or you would only get partial throttle. You might want to make sure you re-sync the carbs. I have an 88 Force 125HP and it wouldn't open all the way till I adjusted that and the timing advance lever, now it will.

Hope this helps.

Bryan
