Im in the process of restoring a 76 Steury x150 with a 76 Mercury 850 Thunderbolt...had original mercontrol throttle with handle and cold start choke lever, wanting to upgrade to a good new controller with cables and also the boat does not have electric trim but I am adding it so thinking maybe get a controller with trim on it or I can do a button no problem really just looking for a good recommendation for a reasonable price controller for this 85 horsepower with all new cables and wires and I found a lot online just don't know anything about any of the brands I really wish I could get a good vintage one because I'm going very original with the boat but not sure if it's worth the trouble
