throttle tilt/trim problems

I have a 1993 200hp Evinrude Vindicator. I had to release the hydraulics to let the motor down on the transom saver due to a dead battery. I took it to the shop told them about it while they replaced the choke/primer. I went out the other day and the tilt/trim won't work on the throttle but will on the motor. Is this something as simple as fluids or as bad as wiring?

I would say it's electrical and quite possibley the folks that repaired your primer might have something to do with it. I'd take it back. <br /><br />c/6<br /><br />Hooty

If the power trim/tilt worked on the throttle before you had the work done then take it back and have them fix it.
