I have a 1962 10hp.fastwin Evinrude the gear that turns the rod for the stator or spark advance what ever it is called . The back half of the sloted part has broken off.Does anyone know where I can get a replacement for it? Can't control throttle without it.I have had a lot of trouble getting to the point that now it runs but now no throttle. thanks JB for all the advice so far got it running for me.
