This was almost a thumbs down. I bought a new propeller this summer. I called Michigan Propeller customer service with my original MP part number, and told them I wanted an equivalent propeller. They gave me a part number and I ordered from IBoats. I got the prop, ran it, and it was 1000 RPM below my original propeller at WOT. Called MP customer service and the guys basically told me to go pound sand. I was pretty ticked, so I wrote and email to express my frustration. I had a replacement prop within a week of the email. It took a phone call and a few emails, but they fixed the problem, and put the customer first. Big thumbs up to Michigan Propeller.
