i have a late 80s model thundercraft citation. it has a 3.0 mercruiser which runs like a top. everything else on the boat however, is trash. im looking for some getting started tips on how to start taking everything apart without messing anything up that will make the boat unusable. ill try to get pictures of the boat to show you what im talking about.. its bad

Bad is good around here

Half measures yield zero results , better to do it right.
Theres a few thundercraft projects going on, do a search and wake them up.
