Tiller Handle Adjust?

78 johnson 15. The linkage on the tiller handle where it folds up is not right. The two links are not snug together. How do i tighten these up to make them fit together snuggly.

Any help is appreciated

Go look at sschapterpsa.com in leeroy's ramblings in the 9.9 section, he talks about removing the tiller handle, cutting out a circle approx the same shape from a margarine container and then installing it between the handle and where it meets the body, it works, i've don't it. There is no adjustment, it's just plain old wear, the shim or 2 will fix it.
