Hello i just purchased Brand New Mercruiser tilt and trim pump the high pressure low volume pump that replaces the old prestolite pump .also new hoses and new Trs hydraulic cylinders. installed everything for my Trs drive . i connected the old wire harness plug that went to the old pump and mated that plug with the female plug on the pump. and all i get is the the drive going down!! no matter what i press on the switch up or down it only goes down.somebody told me something about splicing the blue and white wire. but there are two blue and white wires and what am i supposed to splice them to?? please help!!!
