Tilt Cylinders. Repair/Replace

I have a 1973 Mercury 850 and the tilt cylinders are shot. Are there rebuild kits, or do I have to buy new ones? Also, I really want to convert it to a power trim/tilt system, is there a direct bolt on replacement system available? Thanks for your time and responses!

Mercury never built a tilt system for their outboards they were all trim systems. Mercury has a kit for the 1" cyls.,But I have bought o-rings and etc at a local hyd shop and repaired some of the 3/4" ones
