When I lower my motor (1985 150 Black Max XR2) from trailering position, at the point it touches the twin dampers, it stops & bogs down. I am assuming the dampers are sticking in place. after a moment or two, I can lower it further a bit, then wait, then further, etc. Why are the sticking and slowley releasing? Too much fluid?
