I have a 1993 Johnson 120. My Tilt doesn't work at the throttle or the engine. It makes the noise but the pistons don't move. I've sprayed them with wd-40. What else should I try? I am not expeienced at boat motor repair but would like to try before taking it to the shop.<br /> Also (not related) my boat runs fine but when warm it sputters and hesitates while running and then is very difficult to restart if I turn it off.
