Tilt motor for OMC electric shift outdrive - easy to repair?

I've got a 1978 Sea-Ray V-185 with a Ford 351 coupled to an OMC electric shift outdrive. The motor that raises and lowers the outdrive unit appears to be worn. I assume the solenoids that actuate the motor are in good shape, as they sound like they readily engage and the problem exists in both lowering and raising the outdrive. The motor looks like it's pretty well buried under the engine. Is this motor easy to remove, and are parts availble?

Thanks for any and all help!

I have a Stringer 800 but it has the same tilt arrangement. The motor is a bit awkward to get at but once you get both the bolts undone it fairly easy. Your motor may have the thru bolt attachment which probably means you need to be careful when pulling it away from the rest of the drive. As for parts - check out www.arcomarine.com they will sell you a whole motor or just the bits you need to get it going again.
