Went to tilt the trim down and nothing happened no click nothing. I tried to tilt it up and it moved. I thought it might be the switch i tried to jump it at the switch still nothing. Then i tried to jump the down solenoid and it went down. Any ideas? All the wired seem tight. 1986 omc cobra 4.3.
