Recently, I had to utilize the manual override on my 1988 Johnson 88 so that I could trailer the boat over the highway. When I got home, I turned the override screw ccw to release the motor and lower it. Nothing happened. It didn't immediately lower, so I left the screw "open" and sure enough, the motor lowered over night. Now, after fixing my electrical problem I have tilt but no trim. What have I done? Does the hydraulics need to be bled? How? Thanks, <br />Troy Lively
