To Joe Reeves,OMC Guru,Member # 6826. Well I got it fixed. It turned out that the ground wire coming off the relay block wasn't even connected. Dont know how it ever worked. I went to the Boat Shop and talked to them, bought a $24 dollar relay. They also let me copy some pages out of the service manual. It had a super wiring diagram and troubleshooting pages.After chasing wires and after pulling the relay block out and I found that wire loose, I hooked a jumper to it and onto the casing of the motor and it started working. Thanks for all your help and if your ever down this way, look me up and I'll owe you one...
