I have a 93 115hp Johnson and I have tilt/trim on my control handle and also on my engine itself. The tilt/trim on the control handle works both up and down, but on the engine it only works in the up position. I was wondering if anyone had any idea's to what I might need to check. Any info is highly appreciated.
