tilt trim question.

I found a power tilt/trim for a 1993 force 40-50 on ebay for $200.00 does anyone know if this would fit my 1990, and is this good price? Just looking around and it caught my eye. thanks

It should fit, if the seller has it properly id'ed.
Do you have wiring harness and relays that are needed to hook it up?

it looks like it comes with the wiring. but Im not sure. I would have to get a differant control though. I dont have power now so my control doesnt have anything to work it. is this worth all the work or am I going to run into all kinds of snags?

Its worth it if it works.

You can get around the controls, and just put a switch on the dash.
3 position, off in the center, momentary on for up, momentary on for down.

Switch will only cost a few bucks, new controls would cost hundreds.
