Anyone know where to get one cheap for a 94 150 Johnson? I can't believe they are 80.00 +.

Just curious,what happened to yours? They do go bad . But seldom.

Mine did go bad. Tested it with an OHM meter and as I moved the lever up and down no change. Run the wire to ground and the gauge pegs. After that I have determined it is the sender.

I had one go bad. Saltwater motor, gradually it begain to stick. It would still read correctly but the sticking made it inoperable
