Tilt / Trim Setup

I have a 15ft glastron v 154 with 1967 100hp Johnson on the back.. Does anyone know if it is possible to but a tilt/trim on this setup? If so, what kind of money would I maybe looking at spending.

$$ more than the motor is worth at resale. $600+ with a CMC unit.
