TIMER BASE SENSOR COIL TEST RESOULTS

1990 200 HP EVINRUDE no spark now has been acting up , now no spark. output test using stevenes 77 neg on the port middle terminal . then red lead to the remaining posts. i get voltage on only one post while cranking motor all other nothing .the does that mean the timer base has failed sator has good output .
