TimeUSB LifePO4 battery issues

After reading about the great batteries from TimeUSB , I ordered one to replace my 6 plus year old LA batteries. Getting nervous as no response after placing my order. My CC was charged and getting off the wall emails that mean nothing. Was supposed to receive tracking info within 24 hrs of placing order, that was three days back. Anyone else have issues ordering from them ?? Thanks in advance.

Just an update on my Time USB 140 ah battery. With boating season close now, decided to do the first full charge. Was cool because phone app told me what state the charge was in and how long until full charge. Full charge holds 147 ah. Glad to see over the rated capacity. Bought an inverter to use when I need to lower the charge for storage. Just tried that out and it works great so far. The phone appears to give a current reading when charging, want to see how it reads when lowering the charge for storage. Also shows each time the battery is charged as a cycle, so you will know how many charge cycles the battery has had down the years.
Thursday's weather us supposed to be great and low winds, time for my shakedown cruise ! Do one every year, check and test everything on board while not far from launch just in case. If all goes well, then off to the big lake for walleye fishing when weather cooperates.
