Timing belt change on AQ125

Does the heat exhanger have to come off to change the timing belt? Cam pulley looks mighty close but will it clear?

Yes, it needs to come off. There is a belt tensioner behind that needs to be adjusted.

The heat exchanger can stay bolted to the exhaust manifold; it's the coolant tank that needs to come off. 'nutcase
