went to the lake today, set the timing to the water wot, total 18%, when i got home to check the way i was told to do on here it was way off what was said would be, with the white and black wire unhooked, plugs out spark tester 7/16 wot cranking over it reads 28%, what happen did i unhook the quick by the black and white wire from the power pack the the port head,i pluged it back in and it still reads 28% something didnt go right, 1990 200 gt
