Timing mark help

I'm trying to check the timing on my '81 Seaswirl. It has a 350 Chevy with OMC 800 outdrive. Any info is rusted away. Here's a picture:

I don't have the manual at hand, see what I can find tomorrow. Good Lord man clean those pulleys up, your belt won't last an hour! :eek:

The big V notch is 0 deg or top dead center. The 3 points and the notches are 2 degrees apart. The first point above the big notch is 4 degees BTDC, next point is 8, next is 12. The notches are 6 and 10. The points and notches below the big notch are after top dead center.
