Timing Marks

How many degrees are each mark? There appears to be 8-marks in advance and 4 behind zero.

I believe they are 2-degrees per mark, but want to be sure and can't find the info anywhere.

Yes 2* The valley is one degree and the point is another.

The marks are on a square plate. No valley or peak, just lines on a square plate with a zero marked and an A just north of the zero mark.

Is each mark still 2-degrees?
