Tiny Tach on a 1973

Does anybody know if a Tiny Tach will work on my Mercury 200? It is a 1973 20 HP 2 cylinder with electronic ignition, serial # 3667961

tiny tach works on all outboards as it gets it's<br />signal directly from a plug wire.<br />keeps engine hrs. too <br />good luck,<br />M.Y.
