great stuff that white vinegar. Works great for getting rid of ants as well. Do you know if it works for getting that expanding foam stuff off. I've never seen anything like it before. Very tenacious stuff.

Rod, it should work as it's very closely related to Gorilla Glue, in-laws I think... ;)

Thanks for the tip Crab, I work with the stuff quite often and I end up with black stains all over my hands for several days... I'll try the vinegar for sure.. :D :D

I gotta remember to buy some next time at grocery store. Only have apple cider vinegar on hand for cooking.

I found the best way to remove dried/cured " Gorillia Glue" and dried " Great Stuff " from one's hands, is when your in the shower, use a pumice stone, but gentley start rubbing after the skin softens from the warm water, works for me

Every year Powerboat Reports tosses out a handful of products they think are more than a little useful for boat owners. There is something on this year’s list (Nov 2005) that I have never heard of. It’s called Anti-Bond 2015, made by JWB Environmental. It will remove cured 3M 4200 and 5200 as well as polyurethane sealants. No idea if it doubles as a salad dressing.

What about fiberglass resin? Will vinegar remove fiberglass resin? Got some on me back in '92 and I'm still trying to get it off.

spots
