I heard they rattle alot on quick release bracket which I got, just trying to avoid any problems before I install this sun.

Not if you tighten the locking screw (depending on which plate you have). However any troller has a bit of slop in the tilt and turn mechanism so they all make noise on start/stop.

Depends on the bracket you are using. I use the all aluminium one that slides together, there is then a thumb nut that you tighten down to hold the bracket in place. I've been using it for about 3 years now and yet to have a rattle.

This is actually the cheapest bracket available and I couldn't be happier with it. I was originally going to go with the more expensive composite bracket but was advised against it by someone here on the boards.
