Hi, I have an oil leak where the front oil pan meets the timing chain cover. I have the engine on a stand and want to pull the oil pan and replace the gasket. I notice that there are two bolts that come down on both sides of the rear main oil seal that have nuts on them attached to the oil pan. So I'm assuming that I have to undo these nuts and undo the other bolts surrounding the oil pan. Do I have to remove the timing chain cover too? Any tips/tricks appreciated. Thanks!

Just finished the replacement, wasn't too hard with the engine removed.

Did you get it aligned properly per the service manual?

Yes, Don, thanks, just ran the motor on a pallet for 30 minutes and so far so good.
