TKS 4.3L Mercarb

Hello fam, I'm checking to see if the enrichment solenoid valve (esv) is function on my TKS 4.3L Mercarb 2bbl (2009 Tahoe 215). What is the resistance across the terminals of the esv (mine reads 48 ohms). Also, I removed the esv and applied 12v to the terminals and nothing happens, not even a click. Feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Depending on the outside temp it looks good
70 degrees F = 35-45 ohms
20 degrees F = 55-70 ohms

When 12V is applied to the leads and module is cold, it will slowly increase in length (no click). Here is the bench test
