I own a 2008 maxum 3700sy and when I first bought the boat it had maybe an 1/8th of a split in the throttles. In ay of this year I bent the port prop. After it was straightened everything was going fine, then I started to notice the throttle split was getting larger and larger. So now I take the boat out and from the Barneget lighthouse in N.J. to the inlet at Point pleasent which is about 10 miles or so I burnt an 1/8th of a tank on the strbd engine and a little more than 1/2 a tank on the port eng. When I was in the ocean at about 3400 rpm's I had to push the port throttle up to match the rpm's at that point I could slide my finger through the gap between the throttles. The boat has a little over 100 hrs on it, so I don't think the throttle cables would stretch that much. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
