Hello I had a quick question I rebuilt my gear case on my 18hp Johnson and when putting the impeller housing back on I put a vary small amount of sealent on it and assembled it. Does it need it or will it hurt it? So as it stand it goes housing impeller and the plate the housing was sealed to the plate and the impeller moves just fine inside it. I haven't started it yet o wanted to ask before I did thanks a lot guys.
