Todd 500 mounting question

Hi Guys, just got my new chairs in today, pretty psyched. My question is this:

I bought just the set, without the pedestal assuming that it would come with at least the mounting plate. I guessed wrong. I have a 2 7/8" pedestal already on my boat so is the below pic all I need to complete it?

there is an adapter plate made for that. or you can take a piece of 3/4 plywood and make one. mount it to the pedistal swivel, and then to the seat.

Thanks again! And yes after I made the first post I found the mounting plate, which is prob what you were referring to.
