I have a Tohatsu 25 hp 2 stroke outboard, and I'd like to set up the control for steering and throttle on my inflatable boat. Can anyone please let me know what kits are needed? Is there any instruction to do that? I am new to this, but I've been working on cars from modifying A-Z to part replacement, so fabrication is my hobby. Thanks ahead.

Just wondering why you want to add further complication and weight and take up space with remote steering.
If you just want to get more weight forward just buy or make a tiller extension.
Seems like the remote setup would be a giant pain in the butt on an inflatable.

My boat is 15 ft, so I'd like to have a center console to control it in the center of the boat and it's easier than sitting at the back. I've read on some website that it's not very hard. That's why I need someone to help to point in a right direction.

While this is clearly a steering question it is also an inflatable question. If your needing inflatable steering help ask about it there,
tell them I sent you.
While a tiller isn't nearly as cool as a center console it should work.If no seat at just the right point should be easier to add a seat
than a console.
The middle of the boat seems like a long ways but if you figure the motor tiller and your ability to reach back a little wouldn't her too hard.
