my motor has been sitting up for 4 months. I went to use it, it cranks but only runs off starting fluid. I checked fuel pressure with a gauge with the key on it reads 0 if i crank motor it eventually gets to about 60 psi. I checked the fuel pump to see if it is getting fire to the wires both blue and yellow wires are hot. Someone please give me some suggestions of what i might be overlooking
