Just bought this motor. It runs great and starts up easy and idles nice. It was in storage for 3 years and this was the first time it was run.He demo'd it with the old gas. What precautions should I take fuel wise going forward? Should i have the carb be rebuilt? Let me know your ideas.
Thanks,

Dave:)

Since it's running well now, there's no need for carb work. Standard rules apply: Use good, clean, fresh fuel; Avoid E-10 if you can; drain carb if laying up for a few weeks.

You may want to inspect or replace the impeller after 3 years, as they do dry rot.
