Tohatsu electrical problem

Hi all! I have a 2019 MFS40 that recently is giving me trouble. It has always performed flawlessly until yesterday. I noticed upon start-up that it didn't beep when I turned the key, but started like it should. A few hours later I went to start and the battery was dead. Boosted it off and all was good, running great and charging. Ran it the 5 minutes home and when I shut it off, about 10 seconds later the oil, battery and temp lights on the tachometer came on, WTH? Turn the key back on and they go off. Motor starts as it should. Unhooked the battery overnight and when I hooked it up this morning the lights are on with the key off.
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Jeff.

Could be a bad ground.

Well, I checked the engine grounds and found no problem, guess I'll just put a battery disconnect on it for now.
