Tohatsu Keinin Parts Diagram

I need an exploded view parts diagram for the inside of a Keihin P/N B03E MB11 carburetor. It's on a Tohatsu M25C3 outboard engine. the Tohatsu P/N is 3P0-03200-0. The main throttle shaft through the carb was bent and was hard to rotate. I broke it removing it. If I could find the P/N for the throttle shaft I could fix the carb and not have to buy another. A new carb is almost $300. The only diagrams I've been able to find just show external parts to the carb body, nothing internal. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

AFAIK, that is not a separately serviceable part from Tohatsu. Even if it were, now that the aluminum throttle plate bearing surfaces are probably mangled, you would need to rebore/resurface and re-bush them. Very precision work, which must be done accurately, or the throttle plate will not have correct geometry throughout the full travel, and you will have a very expensive paperweight. The labor alone might exceed the cost of a carb.

The carb is available from any dealer, including me, and no, it is not nearly $300.00... in fact, it's less than $200.00:

As an aside, how in the world did the throttle shaft get bent in the first place?

PVANV, thanks for the info. The boat sat unused for a long time and the throttle shaft corroded to the housing. Twisting the tiller handle with a seized shaft bent it slightly and I took it apart to try and fix it. Lost cause....now garbage. I found one at nissantohatsupartsstore.com for $165.
