Tohatsu M60C - How to tweak it to 70HP

I have a 2006 Tohatsu M60C

When I was last out it miss fired when at full power. Start up and runs ok up to 4500rpm. Any ideas?

I also believe I can tweak the carbs and get the equivalent of 70hp. Can someone explain how I can do it.

Go to internetoutboards.com and download the parts book for the 60C-70C. Then look at it page by page and see which parts are different.
