Tollatson carb leak?

So, I'm cleaning the carb and as I spray down through the low speed passage I get carb cleaner through one ofthe plastic plugs at the top of the carb. I'm guessing this should be sealed,correct? I tried to upload a pic with no success.

Need to know what year and what motor to get an accurate answer, and a picture would be best. I know on the 1990's 120 HP motors, there is a plastic screw-in plug that seals off an air bleed passage on the top of the carb. It should be sealed.

There is a limit on the size of the picture. If you haven't already done so, try re-sizing the picture to no larger than 640 X 480.
