tomos 4.8 water or air cooled?

hey gang. anyone out there know if the tomos sportsman 4.8hp outboard is water or air cooler. im assuming its air cooled but I was watching a you tube video on another small tomos outboard and it looked as if there was the a jet of water spraying out of the engine as it does on my water cooled mercury 50 hp. I just picked this up and I want to find out if there is a water pump that needs attention before I overheat her. the p/o had the stock plug in it so I doubt he ever got into the engine or lower unit for maintenance. thanks guys.

sweet from the looks of things, its not going to be easy to get parts. do you have/had this same motor? if so how are the reviews?

dont have one but I tinker with a bunch over the years. I have a eska, clinton, a couple of forces and mercs and evins. the one that kicks my butt are the forces. I sent you the manual hope it helps.

thanks again for the parts breakdown. im looking at the main jet in diagram. is it adjustable like the pilot air/fuel screw is?

can anyone tell me if these are junk or not? it sounds good, and is supper clean but have not had it on the boat yet.
