Tomos Travler

OK I'm desperate!! Does anybody know anything about a Tomos Travler 9.9hp outboard. I can't afford a real motor right now, but am hoping this will work to cover my needs for a year or five. The motor is in nearly new condition. I guess I need to know if they are any good, what type of troubles to expect, and how much it's worth. The guy gave me until monday noon to make up my mind. So if possibe PLEASE help sooooon!!!! Thanks, Dan
