Hello, does anybody know what can be the course of too high voltage output from Power Coil to Ignition Power Pack (ORANGE - ORANGE with BLACK stripe). Different sources say that there must be DVA within 11-24V, my actual value is 144V. The resistence is differing as well - 408 Om against 50-60 Om in papers.
I always thought that mulfunction of the stator is lower voltage not higher.
Motor is Evinrude '91 65hp. Now it doesn't work because of no spark in all cylinders.

PS Sorry for my English its my forign language.

Sounds like you are measuring the A/C voltage to the rectifier for charging, not pick up coil to powerpack.

BTW what is year and model #?

Do you have an OEM Factory service manual?? That tells all using the correct meters and procedures.

I have measured in wires that comes from stator to power pack.
Stator to rectifier line is Ok.
Motor Evinrude 65hp 1991y.

I have followed procedure from CDI electronics manual for stator troubleshooting.
Ups, unfortunately I can't attache pictures. Will try later from home computer.
