Too Much Steam???

i have 86 /125, went to lake yesterday and it seems that i have steam coming from the two small holes where the water is exported it seems like more than it should be, outside temp 74 water temp 64, is it possible that i might have bad head gasket???, motor little rough at slow spead but good at WOT, steam is only seen at idle in gear, how can i check head to see if this is problem, or is this normal THANKS FOR HELP!!!!!

Sounds normal.
You need to test the overheat buzzer.
Ground out the orange lead on the wiring lugs.
It should make the buzzer sound off.

If you haven't replaced the impeller yet then do it.
Week fins or blades on an old impeller will give you steel out the pee holes.
How much water flow are you getting out of the pee holes by the way??

Thanks for the responces, it seems that i have good water flow based on videos on u-tube, but i probably need to replace impeller anyway, cant hurt. I will check buzzer this week end, I assume key on - ground orange wire hope that is correct. Next question what might cause a spit or hickup every time i start this motor it is anoying!!!!! Did link and sink, still the same

Could be?? Timing,carb,float level.Air screw.
Bad diaphram in pump??
Air screw set wrong?
