took carbs off and now it will not start..1900 evinrude 150

i just took the carbs off of my 1990 eevinrude 150 and just put them back on now the boat will not start.. is there anything that i could have disterbed when i took them off fuel lines or somthing else..

Is it getting fuel ??? wet plugs ????
I was very impressed with the title of 1900 Evinrude !!!! Boy that's an old one !!

There is no spark. How could that be. It was working fine befor I took the carbs off though. Lol. 1990.

So the carb's were the only thing you touched ?? Did you disconnect anything to give you easier access ??
I generally take photos as I am working on outboards as a "just in case" reference. With a digital camera it is great as you can delete them afterwards and save any important ones.

1. Check the 20 amp inline fuse.

2. Disconnect controller harness at red plug, crank and see if spark returned, if so look at the black/yellow kill wire, could have disturbed it, look for chafed wire.
