Toonbrite.... Delute or Not Delute?

ok well i just bought a jug of Toonbrite and the guy told me NOT to delute it , but on the bottle it says to , what do i need to do to clean my pontoons?
Delute or not to delute?

I'd cut it 50:50 to start. You will get best results using the minimum strength that gets the job done..

WOW!!! ok i started out 50/50 and it wasnt strong enough so i added alot more of toonbrite and it started foaming up whenever i sprayed it on there and within 30 seconds it was just eating that stuff away.. TOONBRITE IS THE ****!!! lol if anyone if looking for a good cleaner for the toons get TOONBRITE its works perfect.... i am going to go get another jug today

Something else that works is Eagle One mag wheel cleaner.It must say it is the etching wheel cleaner for cast aluminum wheels with no clear coat.
Not sure if its cheaper that Toon-Brite.Its about 6 bucks a bottle.It can be diluted about 50% and still works good.

ok well i am just gonna stick with the toon brite cause it can be used on aluminum, so i can use it one rims and toolbox and toons
