Top Carb, gas is turning white

On the 225 excel in my signature. I use premix, so my gas is either light blue or light red. While running on muffs, the top carb will have gas sputtering and is white leaving a white residue on the choke plate. What would cause this

its not a fiberglass gas tank is it?

it is aluminum and it is only on one mouth of tone of the carbs

if you numbered them like this it would be number 2

could it be non ethanol fuel line disolving?i think i read it can errode alumn. also.
